Our My Account login gives access to call reporting information, so you can see how many calls you have made and the costs of out of bundle calls per user.

Phone conferencing facility between 3 people. This can include 2 external parties not in the phone system.
Voicemail can be individual per user, or company wide and you can choose to have your voicemail emailed instead of it showing on a phone.
Our system uses middleware called Go Integrator to allow basic click to call and open window functions for any bespoke CRM. You can ask your software developer to integrate with this and we have a handy guide on how to do this.
Go Integrator is an additional CRM charge of £6 per user.

Hunt Groups are where multiple phones ring together. This is commonly used for phones within a department E.g. Sales Department.
There are many configuration options for hunt groups, and we can help ensure you get your phone system working the way you want. We configure up the system for you in the beginning to work just the way you need it. You also get access to the portal to make any changes you need when you need to.
Answer and make calls from anywhere just like you in the office. When making a call within the APP on the mobile, the outgoing call is presented as your main number.
If you internet goes down, you can just turn on the APP on the phone and take calls that way. It work's great for remote or mobile workers and its very simple to use.
