Will my existing phones work with a VoIP phone system?
Not all phones are capable of working with a VoIP phone system due to the changes in technology, however we have an list of phones that are compatible, and we are happy to provision your existing phones on our system.
Will I own the phones I buy?
Yes, you can choose to buy the VoIP phones upfront, or pay for them by instalments over a 3 year period. But either way, you own the phones and if you pay my instalments, you can pay of the outstanding balance at any-time. You save money by buying the phones up front.
What is VoIP?
VoIP, or Voice over Internet Protocol, is a technology that allows you to make phone calls over the internet rather than using traditional analog phone lines. It converts audio signals into digital data packets and transmits them over an internet connection. This enables you to make calls using various devices like computers, smartphones, tablets, and specialized VoIP phones.
How reliable is VoIP?
VoIP uses your Internet connection to make and receive calls, so the great thing about it, is it can be used on any connection, such as your broadband or 4G. This means, if you suffer a power cut or broadband outage in your offices, your staff can still answer calls on their mobile phones, or staff can go home to use their home internet to answer calls, or even a coffee shop!
