Many of the care homes we work with have complex configuration on their phone system, allowing the automated management of our-of-hours emergency contacts and call flow to ensure whatever the situation is, the system can handle it. If families want to be able to contact their relatives easily we can also provide simple to use phones which are hearing-aid compatible allowing your residents to make phones within a single managed system, but kept separate from your main administration calling setup.

Will I be stuck in a contract?
Absolutely not! We pride ourselves in being an ethical phone system provider, with clear transparent pricing and billing and we don't hold you into a contract for your phone system.
How easy is a cloud-based phone system to set-up?
It's very easy to set-up, as everything comes preconfigured as everything run's from the cloud. Why not watch our Videos to see how simply the system is to get up and running.
Will my existing phones work with a cloud phone system?
Not all phones are capable of working with a cloud phone system due to the changes in technology, however we have an list of phones that are compatible, and we are happy to provision your existing phones on our system.
Will I own the phones I buy?
Yes, you can choose to buy the phones upfront, or pay for them by instalments over a 3 year period. But either way, you own the phones and if you pay by instalments, you can pay of the outstanding balance at any-time. You save money by buying the phones up front.
Why move to a cloud phone system?
The UK telecoms network is changing and all phone systems will migrate to cloud based phone systems within the next 2 years, as traditional ISDN or PSTN phone systems are phased out. A cloud phone system allows for more flexibility enabling users to work from different locations and removes the in-house management of a legacy PBX phone system.
