What that means is that voice calls and other comms (including texts, emails or chat functions) can all be made over the internet but what are the benefits to you and your business?

  4. As calls are made over the internet you don’t need to have desk phones or other cumbersome cables, you can just use an app instead, or a combination of both. This can help keep your work-space clear and will free up more valuable office space.
  5. And you will never need to worry about missing a call again (and any potential business opportunities.) Bringing in a VoIP system means that if a call comes into a number that is busy it automatically passes to the next available person.
