Provisioning a Cisco ATA 151

Provisioning string: https://dm-csb.yourwhc.co.uk/dms/phone/$MA.xml

  1. If it’s a refurbished phone, factory reset it.
  2. Connect it to your network and get its current IP address from the phone’s onscreen menu (Setup->Network)
  3. Type its IP address in the address bar of a web browser, the admin interface should display
  4. Login – with Cisco phones the default login is “admin” with password being blank
  5. Set the NTP to uk.pool.ntp.org then go to regional and set it to GMT +1, then submit all changes.
  6. When it comes back on check it has the right time.
  7. Input the following provisioning address manually under the profile rule section https://dm-csb.yourwhc.co.uk/dms/phone/$MA.xml
  8. It should succeed, reboot and be working..
